We provide the service as a fully managed solution. There is no software for customers to install or configure.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business use only. By subscribing, you confirm that you are operating as a business and are authorised to enter into this agreement.
3. Subscriptions & Billing

All packages are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

Prices are shown in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

Billing begins after any free trial period ends.
You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are accurate and up to date.
4. Free Trials

Free trials are offered for a limited period (e.g. 7 days).

Only one free trial is permitted per business.

We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse free trials if misuse is suspected.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.
5. Service Setup & Activation
We will carry out all setup and configuration required to deliver the service. While we aim to activate services promptly, setup times may vary.
You agree to provide accurate business details required for setup, including contact information.
6. Use of the Service & Customer Data
Our service sends SMS messages to callers on your behalf.
You confirm that:

You accept responsibility for messages sent under your business name

You comply with applicable data protection and communication laws
We act as a data processor, and you remain the data controller for your customer data.
7. Message Content & Automation
Message wording is professionally written and optimised based on your business and package level.
We may adjust message content to improve performance, deliverability, or compliance.
Automated follow-ups are sent according to the rules of the selected package. We do not guarantee that messages will result in bookings, sales, or replies.
8. Service Availability & Limitations
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may be affected by:

Mobile carrier restrictions

Maintenance or updates
We are not liable for missed opportunities resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
9. Cancellation & Termination

14. Governing Law
