Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

Payments are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

Prices are shown in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
Free Trials
We may offer a free trial to allow you to test the service before being charged.
If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and the first monthly payment will be taken.
Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You will continue to receive the service until that billing period ends.

No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made.

We do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Our service involves setup, configuration, automation, and ongoing management that begins as soon as your subscription is activated. A free trial is provided so you can assess whether the service is right for you before any payment is taken.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be issued where required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional cases. Any such decisions are final.

Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
